Black Ops 3 Zombies Step by Step Walkthrough Der Eisendrache
So the game that was not supposed to have DLC, has DLC. What a surprise... Der Eisendrache is pretty difficult map to play. It has a very difficult Easter Egg to do, on par for being as difficult as Origins. So lets get started...
Method for fast money
There's a pretty easy technique to acquire money quickly in Der Eisendrache, and it's extremely helpful when playing solo. Get to the open courtyard with the burning car in the middle and get a train of zombies going. Buy the Kuda off the wall here and lay into them. If you're lucky enough to get double points, even better. You'll have tons of cash pretty early on, which works well for the perks you need to survive on this horrible map.
To wall buy the BRM you have to get down to the Pyramid room and stand on all 4 of the platforms on each side of the pyramid. This will initiate low gravity in the room, with blue particles floating around. Now you must run across all the panels covering the walls before the gravity returns to normal, unlocking the panel covering the BRM. Jump up to it on the wall and purchase it.
To get flung from the Wundersphere you have to activate the landing pad corresponding to the Wundersphere you are using. There are four total Wunderspheres and pads located around the map. Simply activate the landing pads and have a grenade, monkey, or a bow. Once you have thrown your grenade/monkey wait a second until it is ready to blow up then fling yourself just before, or have your bow pulled back and ready when you are spending the 500 points to fling yourself.
Death From Above
In Der Eisendrache, kill a zombie while being flung by a Wundersphere.
1 guide
There are four Wunderspheres and pads located around the map, the first pad is in the starting area, the second is up the stairs near Double Tap, the third is to the right of the death ray, and the fourth is down in the rocket area. The Wunderspheres are scattered as well. The first being near the pad next to double tap, the second is behind the Death Ray, the third is in the courtyard, and the fourth is down at the rocket area. You have to have enough point to use them all twice, each of them being 500 points mean you will have to have 4000 points just to spend on the Wunderspheres plus having to buy all of the doors, guns, etc.
I'm grouping two achievements together here because they both require you to have the Ragnarok built. To build it, you need to first activate the Death Ray in the center area. This will spawn a part in the sky somewhere that can be retrieved by using the proper Wundersphere that takes you through that area. The next piece is done by going down to the rocket test area. Run around here until the rocket test activates, then quickly hit the red switch next to the stairs on the bottom of the rocket area. Run through the closing silo doors, and hold out in this area as you get swarmed by mobs of burning zombies. Once the 3 lights on the switch to the left of the teleporter turn green, hit the switch and pick up the part from inside the teleporter. The final piece is obtained by killing a Panzersoldat, which will spawn on round 12. Once you have all 3 pieces, go to the work bench in the church and craft the Ragnarok.
For 'Time to Slam' you have to revive two teammates while protected by the Ragnarok, simply have your teammates down themselves and then use
+
to pull out the Ragnarok and
to put up a protective shield on the ground. Revive both of them and the achievement is yours. Reviving the same person twice in one game also works.
Next is 'Not Big Enough' which is for killing a Panzersoldat while he is trapped in the Ragnarok. Since the first Panzer needs to be killed to build the Ragnarok, the next one won't spawn until round 17. If you have enough money by then, try to get a Brecci or Haymaker out of the box and pack-a-punch it until you get the Fireworks upgrade. Once again use the
to slam down on the ground when the Panzer is near, it will pick him up and he will be floating in the air. Just shoot at him as much as you can and you should kill him. If you don't get him quickly, he will eventually fall down and start trying to kill you again! If you fail, have one of your teammates put down their Ragnarok and finish him off there.
Time to Slam
In Der Eisendrache, revive two players protected by the Ragnarok DG-4.

The next two achievements are for upgrading the bows. Please note that on the Xbox 360 version of the game, unless you're playing solo, you need to upgrade all 4 bows to complete the Easter Egg, even if you're only playing with 2 or 3 people.
To be able to upgrade the bows you have to first get the bow. To get the bow you must feed all 3 of the dragons around the map. The first is on the side of the map by Double Tap. The next is in the church. And the final is down in the pyramid room. Go under the dragons and train zombies, killing them as a sacrifice, wait for the dragon to finish eating them, then kill another. Once a dragon is done, it turns to stone and crumbles.
First is the Fire Bow. To start off, like all the bows, you have to collect the arrow.
Step 1: You have to fire a charged shot at the top of the clock tower. This will open up a hole in the wall.
Step 2: After you pick up the arrow, head to the rocket area and wait on the rocket to launch. Once it has launched you then need to quickly go out and look to your right and shoot the glowing rock with a charged shot. This will send something shooting across the map.
Step 3: You have to shoot the three red rings around the map while being flung by the Wundersphere. This will take some time and practice to complete.
Step 4: You have to get kills while inside the rings. You will be filling them with souls.
Step 5: Once you have collected enough souls in all three rings you need to go back to the top of the clock tower and hold
on it and it will show a symbol. You must then find the coordinating fireplace that goes with that symbol. You have 4 shots to get an arrow from the glowing circle you filled with souls to the fireplace by shooting an arrow at it.
Step 6: Once you get an arrow into the fireplace and get the max ammo you need to go the the death ray and hold
while underneath the big floating ball of fire. Your upgraded arrow will then fall out of it and you must pick it up and go downstairs to the pyramid room.
Step 7: Put your arrow into the tomb and kill zombies near it to fill it with souls. Once it is done there will be able to collect the upgraded bow.
The next bow is going to be the Lighting Bow.
Step 1: To start off and get your arrow you need to head upstairs to where the death ray is. Shoot the weather vane and it will drop your arrow.
Step 2: You now have to light the 3 big bonfires around the map. The first being at the rocket pad. Walk out the door and look up and to your right. It will take a charge shot to get them. Next is going to be on the side with the first dragon just outside the first door you buy. You will be shooting across the way down to wards the rocket pad. This one is by far the hardest one to hit. The last one is on the opposite side of the second one. It is just behind the clock tower.
Step 3: After you light all three of the bonfires you must now go down to the pyramid room and wall run on all 5 of the panels that are glowing in one wall run. If you fall or touch the ground at all you must restart and try again on hitting them.
Step 4: You must now fill the glowing vases with souls. There is one at each of the three bonfire locations.
Step 5: After you fill the vases you must pull your arrow back like you are charging a shot, put the tip of the arrow into the vase and it will now have lightening on the tip. Go to the bonfire and shoot it again. If you miss it is no big deal just go back and get another arrow lit up. Once you hit it you will be able to see lightning swirling around the fire.
Step 6: Once all three are done go back to the weather vane and hold
and put your arrow in to upgrade it. Pick it back up, go downstairs and put it in the tomb and start filling it will souls. You will hear another audio cue and can pick it up.
Congratulations, you are done with the Lightening Bow!
Next up is the Void Bow.
Step 1: To get the arrow you have to shoot a charged shot at archway by the first dragon.
Step 2: Once you pick up the bow you have to go to the circular room below the clock tower and knife a zombie on the glowing block in the middle.
Step 3: It will explode and you will now have to collect 6 skulls hidden around the map.
The first is down the hall from the room you are in. It will be on a shelf in front of mule kick. Next will be up above the stairs behind the well in the courtyard. Next will be right in front of double tap. Next will be in Samantha's room in her toy chest. Next will be down in the teleporter room in a sink. The last one will be at the rocket pad in the back of a truck.
Step 4: Once you have all of them. Go back to the circle room and you will have to get 6 crawlers to crawl onto the circle.
Step 5: You will hear the voice say three words. Make sure to remember them, or you will have to replay the voices by shooting an arrow at the vase. You should have subtitles turned on for this step, as the voice is hard to understand. Before you start killing zombies go to the knights hall and press
on the three words the voice said earlier in the exact same order. It will pop up with a symbol. Now start killing zombies and they will eventually drop a glowing purple symbol. You have to at minimum collect the three symbols that showed on the knights statues earlier.
Step 6: Once you have collected all three of those symbols you must now go to each one of them in the circle room and shoot them in the correct order with the bow. Once you have done it correctly an audio cue will play and the skulls will start spinning around the room. if done incorrectly, the skulls will down you, so leave the room after the last shot.
Step 7: Go get your arrow and then head downstairs to start the upgrade. Put it in the tomb, once it is filled with souls another cue will play and you can pick it up!
Congrats. You now have the Void Bow upgraded!
The Final bow we have to do is the Wolf Bow.
Step 1: To get it started you have to click on 4 paintings spread across the map in a specific order. The paintings are located in the clock tower, inside the circle room where the void bow steps are, upstairs to the right inside the church next to the second dragon, and the last in the knight hall. The order for these changes every time.
The first one you have to click on is the 'Throne' sat upon by a king. Second is the 'Knight' on horseback. Third is the 'Mountain' with a shield in the foreground. The last is 'Arrows' with a dead knight.
Once you clicked on all of these in the correct order you will go need to go downstairs into the pyramid room and pick up your arrow.
Step 2: You will need to teleport to the rocket pad and shoot the flag up above the area where you walk out. It is pretty high up, once you shoot it a skull will fall onto the ground where you have to shoot the rock for the fire bow. After you pick this skull up you need to go back to the pyramid room and put the skull onto the rest of the skeleton by the tomb.
Step 3: A wolf will pop out, follow him and once he stops to dig you have to fill that spot with souls. Do these at the three spots he stops at.
Step 4: Once you do this at the last one he will go to a tomb just across from where you are at. Once low gravity turns on you will have to jump up and shoot the glowing wolfs on the wall and a platform will appear. Jump on that platform and put you arrow into the tomb, a skeleton will give it back upgraded.
Step 5: Go put it into the pyramid room, put your arrow into the tomb. Fill it with souls, once you hear the audio cue you can pick up your bow!
Congratulations you have now upgraded the Wolf Bow!
If you followed all of these steps, and did them all in one game you will now have all of the achievements for upgrading the bows!
Take a Bow
In Der Eisendrache, upgrade the Wrath of the Ancients.
1 guide
The next achievement we are going to be going for is for electrocuting 121 zombies. This is easiest done by using the lightening bow, however it can be done in other ways by using traps and the death ray. Upgrade to the lightning bow and just start spamming the charged shots on the ground. The achievement will pop mid game whenever you reach 121 kills!
Killing every type of zombie with a minigun may sound like it is going to be difficult, but it really is pretty easy to do. You can always get a minigun to spawn by wallrunning onto the wall plate across from the Pack-A-Punch down in the pyramid room and then going to the opposite side of the final dragon on the wall. But, before you pick this up you need to wait until you have a Panzer spawn. Run around the pyramid room just letting him go through his little lightning packs and also getting close enough to him to let him light other zombies on fire. Once you have a Panzer, a zombie on fire, a zombie covered in lightning, and a normal zombie get the minigun and kill everything. Once you have killed them all your achievement will pop!
For the final achievement I will be doing a written guide as well as leaving a video. This last achievement is for doing the Easter Egg. This is going to be very tough, it is one of the harder EE's to do throughout all of zombies. It can be done in solo or in co-op, however you feel like doing it. I personally did it solo just for the fact of you only have to upgrade one of the bows instead of all of them.
Step 1: So to get started what we need to do is obtain at least one of the upgraded bows. Once you have a bow you can get started by shooting the ball on top of the teleporter with you regular Wrath of the Ancients bow. You will hear a Margwa sound and then you have to quickly go get your upgraded bow and start to shoot 4 wisps hidden around the map. The location of them is semi-random so the easiest way to do it is just follow a path and run by each of the possible spawn points of them.
There are two in the church, one on the clock and one above the radio equipment. The next is in the barracks upstairs by the clock tower. Next is in the power room. Next is the globe near Samantha's room. Next is the radio above double tap. Next is the tire of the car across from double tap. And finally the last one is in the spawn room next to quick revive.
Step 2: Once this step is complete you must go downstairs to the teleporter room and the teleporter will be glowing purple. All players in the game must stand on the teleporter and someone must buy it. You will travel into the past and must pick up a couple of items while in here. There will be a glowing tube that must be picked up and a fuse will be picked up to put into the death ray. While this is going on you must also pay attention to the guy in the room entering a code into the safe, remember the code.
Step 3: After this is done and you have picked up these items you will be teleported to the rocket pad. Simply just come back to the top, put the fuse into the death ray and go to the opposite side and switch the hand from 'Destroy' to 'Protect.' Make sure you have at least used the death ray once by this step .
Step 4: Go to the computers by the clock tower and enter the code from Step 2. Once you enter this, head downstairs and pick up the items from the safe. Come back upstairs and put the two fuses into the balls up by the death ray. Change the death ray back from 'Protect' to 'Destroy.'
Step 5: Go to the computers by the clock tower and play a game of Samantha says. After you complete that game, you must play another game in the same round down at the Rocket Pad.
Step 6: Once this is done you need to go back to the death ray and a green light will be lit up on the back of the console. Hold
on this and the orbs will shoot Dempsey out of the air. Once he has crashed you can go pick up the Gold Rod device that falls out of the crash.
Step 7: Once you have picked it up you will need to start a new round and repeat the wisps step again (Step 1) and go back downstairs and use the teleporter.
Step 8: You will be back in time again. Once here you must get the stone tablet by pressing
on right side of the room next to a book. That will reveal a stone keeper tablet which you must pick up.
Step 9: Once out you can go put your Golden Rod into the crypt where you get the bow. The screen will flash white, unlimited dogs will start spawning. You must follow the keeper to 4 different locations and fill the tablets on the wall with souls. To fill these your screen will have a glowing color of one of the four bows around it. If you are playing solo you will only have to use one bow. If you are playing co-op you will have to have all 4 bows built and you will use all 4 bows to fill the tablets up. Where he goes is random and each location will take usually one full round to complete. Once you get to the location by double tap, make sure you put the stone tablet in that you picked up while you were in the past the last time.
Step 10: After all 4 locations are complete he will turn into a gatekeeper and go downstairs to the pyramid room. You must now put the tube of souls, you picked up the first time you traveled back in time, into the empty hole. The keeper will now rebuild the pyramid and you are now ready to go to the boss fight.
If you are playing solo try to have a pack-a-punched Brecci or Haymaker as your primary weapon, the lightning bow as your secondary. Mandatory perks are Juggernog and Double Tap. If you're playing solo, you should also get Quick Revive and Mule Kick with your 3rd weapon being a packed Gorgon or assault rifle. playing in co-op, go for Speed Cola or Stamin-Up. Get a fresh shield and try to get an Aftertaste gobblegum if you have it in your pack. If 2 or more people got monkeys from the box as well, that's even better!
Step 11: To get teleported to the boss fight, all players in the game have to stand on one of the plates around where the pyramid used to be and slam their Ragnarok's down onto the ground. Your screen will go white and you will be teleported to the boss.
Step 12: There will be a giant gatekeeper floating above you. He has three stages he will go through. To damage him you must wait until he goes into the middle of the ring, you will slam your Ragnarok's down below him, he will be trapped, then you will just start shooting him in the chest. The easiest way to do this is by having the lightning bow and shoot one charged shot at your feet to keep everything away, then shoot charged arrows into his chest. If you are playing co-op it will be a little more difficult. Skeletons will continuously spawn through out the entire fight. Once you get to the second part, Panzers will start to spawn, you have to kill 6 of them before he will go back into the middle for you to damage him again. And the last part Panzers will continue to spawn throughout the entire thing. A packed Brecci rips through them fairly easily, so just stay ahead of them. If you fail to use your Ragnarok in time, the Keeper will send out an electric pulse and down everyone instantly who isn't hiding behind a pillar.
Step 13: Once you have killed him, you will be teleported back to the original map to complete the Easter Egg. All you have left to do is place the summoning key, which you acquired when beating the boss into the side of the pyramid. After a few seconds pick it back up and head upstairs to the computer terminals next to the clock tower and place the summoning key into it. A launch will be initiated and a cutscene will play. After the cutscene is over your achievement will pop and you will officially be done with this DLC!
